Nanded Police

Nanded is located on the banks of Godavari river in central west India. It is closer (approximately 150 kilometres (93 mi)) to Hyderabad in the state of Telangana than it is to the capital of Maharashtra state, Mumbai. Nanded district borders Latur district and Parbhani district to the west and Yavatmal district to the north. The district is bounded by the Nizamabad, Medak and Adilabad districts of Telangana state to the east.

Hazur Sahib Gurudwara Nanded

Hazur Sahib was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh. It is one of the Panj Takht ( the five seats of higher authority for Sikhs. It is built at the site of cremation of Guru Gobind Singh. His remains and weapons are preserved at the site

Nanded Fort

Nanded Fort is quite a prominent tourist attraction in the state of Maharashtra, that holds great historical significance. The fort is enclosed by the serene Godavari river that nourishes the agriculture lands sprawled in its surrounding, which offers as the best mesmerising views from top of the fort. Rolled in the secluded land and dipped in exquisite history, Nanded fort is a bliss for the photography enthusiasts, history lovers and architectural knower.

Mahur

Mahur, also known as Mahurgad is a religious place in Maharashtra.?Renuka is also known as Yellamma who is the Mother of the Universe or Jagdamba. Yellamma is an incarnation of Kali who symbolizes the destruction of ego, and also, the compassion for children. Mahur is the birth place of Renuka. Anusaya, and kalika are one of the many temples in mahur, but the most important of all is the Renuka Devi Temple. The temple is well connecting to reach to, the easiest way to reach there is by road, and there are flights and trains also available. The entire temple is surrounded by dense jungles.Mahur is the place of birth of, mother of God Parshuram Goddess Renuka & God Dattatreya, who was the son of Goddess Anusaya.The Maharashtra's Shakti Peethas are first - Tuljapur manifesting Bhavani, second - Kolhapur manifesting Mahalakshmi, third - Mahur manifesting Mahamaya, and the half - Renuka & Saptshringi manifesting Jagadamba. Sevral shakti shrines in the region are those belonging to Ambe Jogai & Aundh. Several other temples that exist in Mahur, among which are the Kalika Temple & Anusaya Temple. Sahasrakund waterfalls

Sahasrakund Waterfalls is near isalpur village in Nanded district of Maharashtra. Islapur village is on Bhokar to Kinwat Road. This majestic waterfall on river Banganga is a visual treat for eyes and soul.... The sight of Banganga River suddenly falling down from a great height is a sight to behold. We have to simply walk down to the other side of the river by a bridge and roam around to click some good photographs or can just sit back and enjoy nature's tranquility
